When is Coaching right for you and your team?
Coaching is best used when you have many or all the skills and experience to do what you need to do, but where you find yourself stuck, unsure or struggling to make progress, or know where to start.
Coaching brings objectivity and a fresh perspective to challenge assumptions and beliefs that may be limiting you, broadening your perspective, and helping you order your thoughts, so that you can move towards your goals with clarity and purpose.
Coaching can be done in person or online. Although coaching is often done one to one, it can also be a useful team process, trouble-shooting and improving team dynamics and culture.
