Training is done to bridge a gap in skill or capability – either of a team or an individual - which empowers you to add to your skillset, feel more confident, and be more successful
The challenge with all training is to make it “stick”, so all Map & Compass training focuses on applying training content in a practical context, so that it is actionable when the training is completed.
Accordingly, Training is often followed up with consultancy and/or coaching to embed the new behavior, helping you and your team move from practice into habit.
Training can be given in person (anywhere in the world), online, or hybrid
